We ask you to maintain an average balance of £500 and there will be no maintenance costs of any kind except a one-off opening charge of £35. If your average balance falls below £500 you may be liable to a quarterly maintenance charge of £15.
You will be asked to complete:
A. A signature card (all signatories to sign)
B. An account opening form (all signatories to sign where indicated on the front and back of the form)
In addition we will need to confirm your name and address. Each account holder will have to send to us their ORIGINAL:
1. Passport (or full UK driving license with photo-card) and
2. Bank or credit card statement or utility bill or Council Tax Demand - to be dated within the last three months.
We will take copies and return the originals to you.

In Spain
Banca March offers a complete retail banking service with cheque books and debit cards that can be used as cash cards. You can also take advantage of a free English language telephone banking service. A free internet banking service is also available. If you would like to open an account, please either contact the most appropriate branch in Spain or ask us to liaise with them on your behalf
If you open current accounts with Banca March in both the UK and Spain, transfers between your two accounts will be free of charges.
